#Fact. Not everything Vegan is healthy (duh). While I try to to lean toward healthy and away from snacky-fun-foods but, if we’re talking vegan energy drinks, I do have a weakness for MIO Energy, specifically, MIO Hydrate. Super tasty, super packable for trips, and they make a fantastic chaser!
And yeah, it would be great if they stepped up the ingredients but, arguably, their a leap better than sugar and chemical-laden-crack Red Bull and Monster Energy garbage.
If you’re looking for a healthy energy drink I stand by our previous post about Aspire. They taste great and all of their products are vegan!
